摘要
为了解决常规钢筋钢带自动焊生产线中焊接单根短节存在的生产效率低、焊接短节两端焊接热量不均、短节并联分流以及焊接三相电流不平衡等问题,采用同时焊接6根钢筋短节,且单根短节的焊接采取双电源独立供电模式进行焊接。设计了专用电阻焊的焊接接头及焊接电源的结构,计算了其主要参数,实现了钢筋钢带的自动焊接。检测结果表明,焊接产品的拉伸断裂荷重满足实际使用要求,该设计结构和参数合理可行。
        In order to solve the problems of low production efficiency, uneven welding heat, parallel shunt, and three-phase current imbalance in the single-segment welding of conventional steel bar and strip production welding, the six steel strips are welded by the simultaneous welding method, and the single short section of the soldering takes a dual power supply independent mode. The structure of welding joints and welding power source for special resistance welding was designed. The main parameters were calculated and the automatic welding of steel strips was realized. The test results show that the tensile fracture load of the welded product meets the actual use requirements, and the design structure and parameters are reasonable and feasible.
