成瘾物质渴求与自动化行为反应量表中文版的信效度检验

摘要
目的:对成瘾物质渴求与自动化行为反应量表(Craving Automated Scale for Substances, CAS-S),进行中文版翻译和信效度检验。方法:采用自我报告,对400名强制戒毒人员进行集体施测,并在4个月后随机选取32名戒毒人员进行重测。选取Barratt-11和S-UPPS-P冲动行为量表作为效标指标。结果:条目分析表明可以保留所有原15个条目;探索性因素分析结果显示剔除条目13后,保留"无意识"和"不由自主"两因子模型;验证性因素分析结果显示量表的两因子模型结构拟合良好,χ~2=158.40,df=75,RMSEA=0.08,CFI=0.88,TLI=0.86,SRMR=0.06;CAS-S总分与BIS、S-UPPS-P得分呈正相关(r=0.40,0.57,均P<0.01);CAS-S总分与"无意识"和"不由自主"两因子的同质信度分别为0.86,0.67,0.86,分半信度为0.78,0.55,0.79,重测信度为0.85,0.55,0.77。结论:CAS-S中文版具有良好的信效度,可以作为测量药物成瘾者心理渴求和自动化用药行为反应的工具。
Objective: To evaluate the psychometric properties of the Craving Automated Scale for Substances(CAS-S in a sample of Chinese drug addicts. Methods: A sample of 400 drug addicts from compulsory rehabilitation were administrated the revised Craving Automated Scale for Substances, and 32 of drug addicts were randomly selected to be retested.The Barratt Impulsiveness Scale-11 and the Short Version of UPPS-P Impulsive Behavior Scale were chosen as the criterion index. Results: Due to significant item-total correlations that all 15 items can be retained; Exploratory factor analysis results indicated that two factors"Unaware"and"Nonvolitional"could be extracted after removing item 13 which was clearly misclassified; Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the revised CAS-S had two factors with good fit indices, χ~2=158.40, df=75, RMSEA=0.08, CFI=0.88, TLI=0.86, SRMR=0.06; The correlation analyses results indicated that the revised CAS-S of Chinese version had good criterion-related validity. Internal consistencies of CAS-S total score was good showing that the alpha coefficients of the total scale and subscales of"Unaware"and"Nonvolitional"were 0.86, 0.67 and 0.86, respectively. The split-half reliability score were 0.78, 0.55, 0.79, the test-reliability are 0.85, 0.55, 0.77. Conclusion: The Craving Automated Scale for Substances(CAS-S) has a reliable and valid instrument, which can be used to measure the level of craving and automated drug-seeking and using behavior.
