食品菌落总数测定盲样考核结果不确定度的评定

摘要
目的评定食品菌落总数测定的不确定度。方法依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测定不确定度评定与表示》分析测定过程中引入的影响因素,建立数学模型,评定不确定度分量,按照均方根法则,将各分量不确定度进行加和,计算总测量不确定度。结果菌落总数测定结果的扩展不确定度为U=0.04854(以对数计),包含因子k=2(95%置信概率)。结论本文建立的方法模型可以对菌落总数盲样考核进行不确定度评定,此方法也适用于类似条件下菌落总数不确定度的评定。
        Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of aerobic plate count in food. Methods According to JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and representation of measurement uncertainty, the influence factors introduced in the analysis and measurement process were analyzed, the mathematical model was established, and the uncertainty component was evaluated. According to the root-mean-square principle, measurement uncertainty components were added to calculate the total measurement uncertainty. Results Taking k=2(95% confidence level), the expanded uncertainty was 0.04854(in logarithmic). Conclusion The established method can be used in the uncertainty evaluation of aerobic plate count under similar circumstances.
