摘要
冻融循环破坏是寒冷地区建筑物的主要病害之一,严重影响了建筑物的正常使用及安全性。在冻融循环条件下,针对桥梁混凝土裂缝,设置不同的冻融循环次数以及不同的裂缝修补方法,对混凝土试块进行冻融循环和力学性能试验,研究裂缝加固效果,得出冻融循环次数和裂缝修补方法之间的关系。结果表明:随着冻融循环次数的增加,碳纤维布法和环氧树脂法对裂缝的修补有良好效果,5种修补方法比对照组在力学性能方面有着明显优势,表现出良好的抗冻融破坏性能。
Freeze-thaw cycle damage is one of the main diseases of buildings in cold regions,which seriously affects the normal performance of buildings and the safety of long-term use. Under the condition of freeze-thaw cycle,for concrete bridge cracks,different freeze-thaw cycles were set up and several different crack repair methods were provided to test the freeze-thaw cycle and mechanical properties of concrete blocks and study the crack reinforcement effect,then the relationship between the number of freeze-thaw cycles and the crack repair method is obtained. The experimental results show that with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles,the carbon fiber cloth and epoxy resin have good effect on repairing cracks,the five repair methods have obvious advantages over the control group in terms of mechanical properties and show good resistance to freeze-thaw damage.
