摘要
针对辽宁省洪涝灾情统计工作中存在的数据审核不严谨、统计数据难协调问题,设计并建设了辽宁省洪涝灾情指标复核系统,该系统主要服务省、市、县3级洪涝灾情统计人员,提供数据审核、基础数据查询、评估分析和系统管理4个功能模块,该系统将信息化技术与传统的报灾及灾情统计相结合,为洪涝灾情统计工作提供了灾情复核辅助工具,提高洪涝灾情统计数据的一致性、逻辑性、时效性,具有一定的参考意义。
In view of the issues in the statistical work of flood and waterlogging disasters in Liaoning Province,such as inadequate data auditing and difficult coordination work,flood disaster index analysis and verification system is designed. The system mainly serves flood and waterlogging statisticians from relevant agencies at all levels,provides four functional modules :data review,basic data query,evaluation analysis and system management. The system combines information technology with traditional statistical method,provides assistant tools for disaster data rechecking,and improves the consistency,logicality and timeliness of flood disaster statistics,which has certain reference significance.
