普伐他汀联合通心络治疗冠心病合并高血压疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨普伐他汀联合通心络胶囊在冠心病合并高血压的疗效和安全性。方法选取2014年1月—2018年10月我院收治的冠心病合并高血压患者300例作为研究对象,并以随机分组的方式将所有患者分为对照组150例与观察组150例,对照组患者给予单纯普伐他汀治疗,观察组患者给予普伐他汀联合通心络胶囊,对比治疗后两组患者血脂情况、心电图改善情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效、血脂情况、心电图改善情况显著优于对照组,两组患者各项指标比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在冠心病合并高血压患者中给予普伐他汀联合通心络胶囊进行治疗,疗效安全有效,在降血压、改善心电图情况上具有显著效果,且此种治疗方式无毒、无其他副作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of pravastatin combined with Tongxinluo Capsule in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension. Methods A total of 300 patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to October 2018 were enrolled. All patients were randomly divided into 150 patients in the control group and 150 in the observation group. The patients in the group were treated with pravastatin alone. The patients in the observation group were given pravastatin combined with Tongxinluo capsule. The blood lipids and ECG improvement of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy, blood lipids, and electrocardiogram improvement of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Pravastatin combined with Tongxinluo capsule is effective and effective in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. It has significant effects on blood pressure and improvement of electrocardiogram,and this treatment is non-toxic and has no other side effects. It is worthy of clinical application.
