在急诊护理中实施风险管理标准的效果

摘要
目的分析在急诊护理中实施风险管理标准所取得的效果。方法从2016年4月—2018年4月期间入院的急诊患者中选取200例作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和研究组,其中,对照组行常规护理,研究组行风险管理标准,对护理工作质量与研究对象对护理工作的满意度进行记录与比较。结果在对护理工作质量方面,研究组显著优于对照组;在满意度方面,研究组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在急诊护理中,应用风险管理标准有利于促进护理工作效果与患者满意度的提升,值得进行推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing risk management standard in emergency nursing. Methods 200 emergency patients admitted from April 2016 to April 2018 were divided into control group and research group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the research group was given risk management standards. The quality of nursing work and the satisfaction of the research subjects to nursing work were recorded and compared. Results In quality of nursing work, the research group was significantly better than the control group;in satisfaction, the research group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant in statistics(P < 0.05). Conclusion In emergency nursing, the application of risk management standards is conducive to promoting the effect of nursing work and patient satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
