胃癌患者血管内皮生长因子及相关指标的表达情况研究

摘要
目的探讨胃癌患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及相关指标的表达情况。方法选取广汉市人民医院2017年2月—2018年4月收治的胃癌患者86例作为观察组,选取本院同时期胃部良性疾病患者86例作为对照组。比较两组患者、观察组不同分期(Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期及Ⅳ期)患者VEGF及相关指标(VEGF-A、VEGF-C及VEGF-D)的表达情况。结果观察组患者VEGF、VEGF-A、VEGF-C及VEGF-D阳性表达率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中Ⅳ期患者VEGF、VEGF-A、VEGF-C及VEGF-D阳性表达率高于Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期,Ⅲ期患者VEGF、VEGF-A、VEGF-C及VEGF-D阳性表达率高于Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期,Ⅱ期患者VEGF、VEGF-A、VEGF-C及VEGF-D阳性表达率高于Ⅰ期(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者VEGF及相关指标呈现高表达状态,且分期较高者表达较高,故认为上述指标在胃癌患者中的检测意义较高。
Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and related indicators in gastric cancer.Methods A total of 86 cases of patients with gastric cancer were selected from February 2017 to April 2018 in People's Hospital of Guanghan City as observation group.86 patients with benign gastric diseases in the same period were selected as control group.The expression of VEGF,VEGF-A,VEGF-C and VEGF-D in different stages(stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ)of the two groups and the observation group were compared.Results The positive expression rates of VEGF,VEGF-A,VEGF-C and VEGF-D in the observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of VEGF,VEGF-A,VEGF-C and VEGF-D in stage Ⅳ patients were higher than stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ patients;the positive expression rates of VEGF,VEGF-A,VEGF-C and VEGF-D in stageⅢ patients were higher than stageⅠ,Ⅱ patients;the positive expression rates of VEGF,VEGF-A,VEGF-C and VEGF-D in stage Ⅱ patients were higher than stage Ⅰ patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of VEGf and related indicators in patients with gastric cancer is high,and with higher stages are relatively high.Therefore,the detection of these indicators in patients with gastric cancer is of high significance.
