摘要
基于煤矿安全质量标准化内容,针对贵州煤矿"一通三防"的现状特点,提出了6个一级指标15个二级指标的煤矿"一通三防"现状评价指标体系;在传统的物元分析模型基础上,构建煤矿"一通三防"现状安全评价多级物元模型,并以贵州省某煤矿为实例进行现状评价。实例结果表明:贵州省某煤矿"一通三防"现状等级最大综合关联度为K2(N)=0.03,等级特征值j*=1.68,等级为Ⅱ级,即基本安全;从各级指标关联度及特征值得出,煤矿需要在粉尘防治、瓦斯防治以及矿井通风三方面加强管理,对比同时期该矿安全质量标准化检查结果,该评价结果客观,具体反映了煤矿"一通三防"的实际安全现状。
        Based on the coal mine safety quality standardization,the situation and characteristics of"one ventilation and three prevention"in Guizhou coal mine,the evaluation index system of "one ventilation and three prevention"of coal mine with 6 first level indexes and 15 two grade indexes was established. On the basis of the traditional matter-element analysis model,a multilevel matter-element model for safety evaluation of coal mine "one ventilation and three prevention"was constructed which could practically evaluate the current situation of a coal mine in Guizhou Province. The results show that in the target coal mine,the maximum correlation degree of "one ventilation and three prevention"status level was K2( N) = 0.03,with the characteristic value j*of 1.68,which was evaluated as grade II and safety by the multilevel entropy matter-element evaluation model. In addition,it's necessary to strengthen the management of dust prevention,gas prevention and mine ventilation in the coal mine from the correlation degree and characteristic value of the indicators are at all levels. The mine safety results of quality standardization examination were compared at the same time,which reflected the actual safety situation of"one ventilation and three prevention"in coal mine.
