摘要
针对曲线焊缝的图像受到诸多干扰而影响焊缝提取精度的问题,提出一种基于改进的分段线性阈值法的焊缝区域增强算法。首先,在空域通过引导滤波对焊缝图像进行平滑抑制干扰;然后,在频域通过改进的分段线性阈值法对焊缝区域进行增强。实验结果表明改进的焊缝区域增强算法在增强焊缝边缘的同时,能避免传统阈值法出现的重构振荡。
The interference existing in the images of curved weld may affect the extraction precision of weld seam. A weld area enhancement algorithm based on improved piecewise linear threshold method is proposed. The weld image is smoothed by guided filtering to suppress the interference in spatial domain,and then the improved piecewise linear threshold method is used to enhance the weld area in frequency domain. The experimental results show that the weld area enhancement algorithm can avoid the reconstruction oscillation produced by the traditional threshold method while enhancing the weld edge
