伴惊厥发作小儿病毒性脑炎视频脑电图的表现与转归

摘要
目的:探究伴惊厥发作小儿病毒性脑炎视频脑电图的表现与转归。方法:选取于2016年3月份～2018年4月份在某院进行病毒性脑炎治疗的伴惊厥发作患儿共86例,给予所有患者减轻脑水肿、解痉、退热治疗,并使用光谱抗病毒药物对患者进行治疗,同时给予患者MRI检查、脑脊液穿刺及VEEF。结果:重度异常、中度异常、轻度异常、正常患者的好转率均高于未好转率。结论:在小儿病毒性脑炎诊断中,视频脑电图的病毒检出率较高,为早期临床诊断工作的顺利开展奠定了基础,有助于提升患者预后质量。
Objective: To explore the performance and prognosis of video electroencephalogram(EEG) in children with viral encephalitis accompanied by convulsion. Methods: 86 patients of viral encephalitis accompanied by convulsion treated in a hospital from March 2016 to April 2018 were selected. After the patients admitted to the hospital, all the patients should be given the treatment of reducing brain edema, spasmolysis and antipyretic treatment. The patients were treated with spectral antiviral drugs, at the same time, MRI examination, cerebrospinal fluid puncture and VEEF were given to the patients. Results: The improvement rate of severe, moderate, mild and normal patients was higher than that of non improvement rate. Conclusion: In the diagnosis of infantile viral encephalitis, the detection rate of video electroencephalograph is high, which lays a foundation for the successful development of early clinical diagnosis, and helps to improve the quality of the patients' prognosis.
