阴道分娩后早期应用无菌会阴冷敷垫的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨阴道分娩后早期应用无菌会阴冷敷垫的临床效果。方法 100例自然分娩产妇,按随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组产妇给予传统卫生垫及常规护理,观察组产妇给予一次性会阴冷敷垫,比较两组产妇满意度,治疗1、2、3 h的镇痛效果,治疗24、48、72 h的水肿消肿程度。结果两组产妇治疗1、2、3 h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分持续降低,观察组产妇治疗1、2、3 h的VAS评分分别为(5.86±1.54)、(3.19±1.65)、(1.74±0.95)分,均低于对照组的(7.98±2.00)、(6.02±1.57)、(4.75±1.86)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇治疗24、48、72 h的水肿消肿程度持续降低,观察组产妇治疗24、48、72 h的水肿消肿程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇满意度98.0%高于对照组的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自然分娩后产妇会阴护理时采用一次性会阴冷敷垫干预的效果更佳,具有极佳的镇痛效果,可促使其会阴部水肿快速消退,产妇的满意度亦明显提升。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of early application of sterile perineal cold pad after vaginal delivery. Methods A total of 100 maternal women with vaginal delivery were divided into control group and observation group according to random double-blind method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received traditional health pad and conventional nursing, and the observation group received disposable perineal cold pad. Comparison were made on maternal satisfaction, analgesic effect after 1, 2 and 3 h of treatment and edema elimination degree after 24, 48 and 72 h of treatment between the two groups. Results Both groups had continuously decreased visual analogue scale(VAS) score after 1, 2 and 3 h of treatment, and the observation group had lower VAS score after 1, 2 and 3 h of treatment as(5.86±1.54),(3.19±1.65) and(1.74±0.95) points than(7.98±2.00),(6.02±1.57) and(4.75±1.86) points in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Both groups had continuously decreased edema elimination degree after 24, 48 and 72 h of treatment, and the observation group had better edema elimination degree after 24, 48 and 72 h of treatment than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had higher maternal satisfaction degree as 98.0% than 76.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For postpartum women with natural delivery, disposable perineal cold pad shows excellent analgesic effect, and it can promote the rapid disappearance of perineal edema, and significantly improve the maternal satisfaction.
