社保综合柜员制的深化与创新——基于上海市的实践

摘要
随着参保范围不断扩大,参保数量不断增加,各级社保经办机构压力与日俱增,经办模式的变革势在必行。近几年,发起于银行系统的"综合柜员制"在社保系统中得到大力推广。本文将结合上海市社保中心"综合柜员制"改革实例,对基层社保经办机构"综合柜员制"改革进行分析讨论,并总结可供借鉴的方法和经验。
With the expansion of the coverage and the increase of the number, the pressure on social security administration department at all levels is growing. In recent years, the comprehensive teller system initiated in the banking system has been vigorously promoted in the social security system.This article will combine the reform of the comprehensive teller system in Shanghai social security center, analyze and discuss the reform of the comprehensive teller system in the grass-roots social security agencies, and summarize the methods and experiences that can be used for reference.
