摘要
跨组织管控机制具有内在的信息处理属性,但既有研究极少探索跨组织管控机制对组织间战略信息共享和企业创新的影响及内在机制。文章基于管理控制理论,利用205份中国制造业企业与其供应商关系的调查数据对上述问题进行实证研究。结果表明,跨组织结果控制、行为控制和信任控制均能促进组织间战略信息共享,其中结果控制与信任控制之间存在替代关系,行为控制与信任控制之间则存在互补关系。跨组织管控机制会通过组织间战略信息共享的中介传导作用影响企业创新,并且组织间战略信息共享对行为控制与企业创新的中介作用更加显著。
        The inter-organizational control mechanisms have inherent information processing attributes,but existing research rarely explores the impact and internal mechanisms of inter-organizational control mechanisms over strategic information sharing and enterprise innovation among organizations. Based on the management control theory,this paper makes an empirical study on the above issues by using 205 survey data of Chinese manufacturing enterprises and their supplier relationships. The results show that outcome control,behavior control and trust control can promote the sharing of strategic information among organizations. Outcome control and trust control have significant substitution effects on strategic information sharing,while behavior control and trust control have significant complementary effects on strategic information sharing. The inter-organizational control mechanisms will promote enterprise innovation by influencing the strategic information sharing,and the mediating role of strategic information sharing between organizations in behavior control and enterprise innovation is even more pronounced.
