新时期高校图书馆建设中存在的问题与对策

摘要
在科技高速发展的新时期,高校图书馆面临着更多的机遇和更高的挑战。如何更好地建设高校图书馆,充分发挥图书馆的服务育人功能,是高校建设中必须思考的问题。新时期,高校图书馆普通存在着信息化水平偏低、资金投入不足、馆藏资源欠缺、馆员服务意识不强和综合素质不高等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了创新信息技术、加强馆藏资源建设、合理投入资金、转变服务理念和建设一支专业化高素质的馆员队伍等对策和措施。以此更好地建设高校图书馆,促进我国高等教育事业的蓬勃发展。
In the new era of high-speed development of science and technology, university libraries are facing more opportunities and higher challenges. How to construct the university library better and give full play to the service and education function of the library is a question that must be considered in the construction of universities. There are some problems in university libraries in the new era, such as low informatization, insufficient investment of funds,lack of collection resources, weak sense of service and low comprehensive quality of librarians and so on. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and measures, such as innovating information technology,strengthening the construction of library resources, reasonably investing funds, changing the concept of service and building a professional high-quality librarian team, in order to build a better university library, promote the vigorous development of higher education in China.
