临床护理路径在踝关节骨折患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的观察对踝关节骨折患者应用临床护理路径的效果。方法 82例行外科手术治疗的踝关节骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组41例。研究组患者采用临床护理路径,对照组患者采用一般基础护理。比较两组患者住院时间、住院费用、护理满意度以及护理效果。结果研究组患者住院时间(9.12±2.06)d短于对照组的(14.62±3.41)d,住院费用(1.05±0.38)万元少于对照组的(1.59±0.85)万元,护理满意度评分(97.32±1.01)分高于对照组的(90.67±2.54)分,护理优良率为97.56%,高于对照组的80.49%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用临床护理路径为踝骨骨折患者实施护理,可有效缩短患者的住院时间,减少经济支出,同时保证较高的护理满意度和护理优良率,建议在临床护理工作中推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with ankle fracture. Methods A total of 82 ankle fracture patients treated with surgery were divided by random number table into research group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. The research group received clinical nursing pathway, and the control group received general basic nursing. Comparison were made on hospitalization time, hospitalization costs, nursing satisfaction and nursing effect between the two groups. Results The research group had shorter hospitalization time as(9.12±2.06) d than(14.62±3.41) d in the control group, less hospitalization costs as(1.05±0.38) ten thousand yuan than(1.59±0.85) ten thousand yuan in the control group, higher nursing satisfaction score as(97.32±1.01) points than(90.67±2.54) points in the control group. and higher nursing excellence rate as 97.56% than 80.49% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with ankle fracture, clinical nursing pathway can effectively shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the economic expenditure of patients, while ensuring high nursing satisfaction and nursing excellent rate. It is suggested to be popularized and applied in clinical nursing.
