摘要
德国是欧洲较为发达的国家。它不仅拥有大批高水平的科技人才,还具有专业技能熟练的优秀技工。这与它的教育体制密切相关。本文主要简述了德国的教育体制,五个类别。对比我国现有的教育制度,发现问题,促进高等学校的合理分工与定位;重点推进学科的发展;重视学术人员的价值。
        Germany is Europe's more developed countries. It not only has a large number of high-level scientific and technological personnel,but also has excellent technicians with professional skills. It has to do with its education system. This paper mainly describes the German education system,and divides the German education from pre-school education to higher education into three stages and five categories. Compared with the existing education system in China,the following enlightenment is obtained: promoting the rational division of labor and positioning of institutions of higher learning; focusing on promoting the development of disciplines and valuing academic staff.
