许昌市2016年居民碘营养状况调查分析

摘要
目的了解许昌市居民碘营养状况,科学落实分类指导和科学补碘的防治方法,为持续消除碘缺乏病(IDD)及防治工作提供科学依据。方法按照随机抽样原则,在许昌市每个县(市、区)抽取5个乡,每乡随机抽取1个村,每个村随机抽取60个居民户,对这些居民户食用盐、饮用水及小学生尿样进行碘含量检测,对检测结果进行数据分析。结果 2016年许昌市共检测碘盐1 800份、尿碘1 200份、水碘300份,其中居民户盐碘中位数为30.59 mg/kg、碘盐覆盖率为98.44%、合格碘盐食用率为92.78%;尿碘中位数为169.5μg/L;水碘均数为7.44μg/L。结论许昌市属于低水碘地区,近年来通过普及食盐加碘(USI),居民的碘营养水平总体达到适宜水平。为持续消除IDD,应继续完善科学补碘措施,加强监测和监督管理,保障许昌市居民碘营养充足。
        Objective To understand the iodine nutritional status of residents in Xuchang, and scientifically implement the classified guidance, scientific prevention and treatment methods of iodine supplementation, so as to provide scientific basis for the continuous elimination of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD) and prevention and control work. Methods According to the principle of random sampling, five townships were selected from each county(city, district) in Xuchang, one village was randomly selected from each township, and 60 households were randomly selected from each village. The iodine content of salt, drinking water and urine samples of primary school students were detected and analyzed. Results A total of 1 800 iodized salt samples, 1 200 urinary iodine samples and 300 water iodine samples were detected in Xuchang City in 2016. The median salt iodine content was 30.59 mg/kg, the coverage rate of iodized salt was 98.44%, the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 92.78%, the median urinary iodine content was 169.5 μg/L, and the average water iodine content was 7.44 μg/L. Conclusion Water iodine is low in Xuchang area. In recent years, through universal salt iodization(USI), the iodine nutrition level of residents reached the appropriate level. In order to eliminate IDD continuously, we should continue to improve the scientific measures of iodine supplementation, strengthen monitoring and supervision, and ensure the adequate iodine nutrition of Xuchang residents.
