高新技术中小企业财务管理策略研究

摘要
概述了企业财务管理的重要性。高新技术企业较其他行业的企业相比,具有高风险、高投资、高科技含量、高收益等特点,由于我国高新技术企业起步较晚,存在研发项目管理比较混乱、财务管理机制不健全、财务人员素质普遍不高、研发经费不足、财务会计信息失真等问题。阐述了高新技术中小企业财务管理的发展对策,如拓宽企业融资渠道,合理分配财务资金,制定财务管理体系,提高财务人员管理水平和基本素质,等等,以期提高企业财务管理水平,有效规避财务风险,实现企业的持续健康发展。
This paper summarizes the importance of financial management of enterprises. It points out that high-tech enterprises have the characteristics of high risk,high investment,high-tech content and high income compared with other industries. It points out that due to the late start of high-tech enterprises in China,there are confusion in R&D project management,imperfect financial management mechanism,and generally low quality of financial personnel,insufficient R&D funds and financial resources. It expounds the development countermeasures of financial management,such as broadening the financing channels of enterprises,rationally allocating financial funds,formulating financial management system,improving management level and basic quality of financial personnel,etc.,hoping to improve the level of financial management,effectively avoid financial risks,and realize the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.
