<正>近年来,消化内镜治疗技术飞跃发展,经口内镜下肌切开术(peroral endoscopic myotomy,POEM)成为治疗贲门失弛缓症的微创新技术。2018年日本消化器内视镜学会发布了《经口内镜下肌切开术临床实践指南》(以下简称《指南》),为规范POEM治疗贲门失弛缓症提供了指导意见。POEM最早是由日本学者提出的一种技术,主要用于治疗贲门失弛缓症和其他食管动力性疾病,由于其微创、技术
