从“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨粉刺性乳痈的中医证治

摘要
探讨粉刺性乳痈的病机在于"阳化气,阴成形"功能失调,阐述"阳化气,阴成形"是人体生命活动的功能表现及"阳化气,阴成形"功能失调是粉刺性乳痈的发病机理,并由此提出"温阳化气"是治疗粉刺性乳痈的总体原则。在临床实践中,总以温阳化气为先,温阳抑阴,促阳化气,促使"阳化气"功能得到正常发挥,同时审详病程阶段、证候虚实,灵活综合运用,提高临床疗效。
To investigate the pathogenesis of acne mammary abscess is imbalance between Yang transforming Qi and Yin constituting the body. "Yang transforming Qi,Yin constituting the body"is the life activities of the human body function and imbalance between Yang transforming Qi and Yin constituting the body are the pathogenesis of acne mammary abscess,and thus putting forward the"arming Yang and transforming Qi"is the general principle for acne mammary abscess. In clinical practice,warming Yang is in the first place,warming Yang and prohibiting Yin,promoting"Yang Qi",promoting the function of transforming Qi in the common place,at the same time censoring lesions,stage,deficiency and excess,applying flexibly and comprehensively improving the clinical efficacy.
