摘要
船舶中央冷却水系统是船舶动力装置的重要成分.针对船舶中央冷却水系统传统PID控制出现大惯性、易超调的特点,采用串级PID为基础的变结构控制,使系统控制性能得到改善.仿真结果表明,串级PID为核心的变结构控制方案明显提升系统稳定性、控制性能,在基于PLC的船舶中央冷却水系统的控制设计有良好前景.
Marine central cooling water system is an important part of the ship's power plant. The objective of the work is to improve the control performance of marine central cooling water system and reduce the dynamic deviation of the outlet temperature of fresh cooling water,which is caused by inertia of cooling water system when using traditional PID control model. We adopt variable structure control scheme based on cascade PID. The simulation results show that the variable structure control scheme based on cascade PID improves stability and control performance of system. It has a good application prospect in the control design of central cooling system on PLC.
