基于复杂网络节点重要性的无水港选址研究

摘要
随着"一带一路"倡议的实施,国际贸易和国际港口物流迎来了新的发展机遇.各个港口为提升运作效率和整体竞争力,纷纷布局无水港网络.该研究从复杂网络节点重要性的角度分析无水港选址的主要评价指标,运用灰色关联分析法提出无水港的初步选址,在此基础上运用混合整数规划模型得出最优无水港选址.宁波—舟山港的实例分析表明,从经济因素角度考虑,应增设东阳、嵊州两处无水港以减少义乌等地因货物拥挤造成的时间价值成本.合理布局无水港有利于物流资源的优化配置和区域经济的协调发展.
        With the implementation of the"The Belt and Road"initiative,international trade and international port logistics have new opportunities for development.To enhance operational efficiency and overall competitiveness,each port layout the dry port networks.From the perspective of node importance of complex network,the main evaluation index of the dry port location is analyzed,and the possible location of the dry port is put forward by the grey relational analysis method.On this basis,the optimal location of the dry port is obtained by using the mixed integer programming model.The case analysis of Ningbo-Zhoushan port shows that,from an economic point of view,two dry ports in Dongyang and Shengzhou should be added to reduce the congestion cost of the goods in Yiwu and other places.Rational layout of dry port is conducive to the optimal allocation of logistics resources and the coordinated development of regional economy.
