摘要
针对除冰飞机到达率动态变化条件下除冰飞机延误问题,研究飞机地面除冰排队延误形成机理,提出除冰飞机到达率的Markov描述及平均除冰服务率的多项式描述。建立基于QBD过程的除冰排队模型,分析多除冰坪不同天气下除冰飞机延误参数。利用首都机场离港航班动态及历史除冰运行数据,对除冰飞机延误参数进行了仿真验证。结果表明:离港高峰时段航班平均延误架次及延误时间与实际数据接近,误差在5.2%以内;且各随机环境下的航班延误架次随着除冰飞机到达率动态变化,反映了各除冰坪不同时段的延误状况,进而更加客观真实地反映除冰运行状况。
        Under the condition of dynamic arrival rate, we studied the deicing aircraft delay problem. The delay formation mechanism of ground aircraft deicing queuing was studied, and this paper proposed the Markov description of deicing aircraft arrival rate and polynomial description of average deicing service rate. Then we established the deicing queuing model based on QBD process, and analyzed the delay parameters of deicing aircraft under different weather conditions on multiple deicing pads. Using the departure flights information and the past deicing operation data of the Capital Airport, the simulation of the deicing aircraft delay parameters was verified. The results indicate that during the departure peak-hour, the average delay amount and delay time are close to the actual data, with the error within 5.2%. Also, under random environment, the flight delay amount is varied dynamically according to the deicing aircraft arrival rate, which reflects delay situation of each deicing pads at different times. It objectely and truly shows the operation status of deicing.
