综合护理干预对抑郁症患者康复效果的影响

摘要
目的对抑郁症患者实施综合护理干预的临床效果进行评析。方法选取我院精神科住院治疗的抑郁症患者102例作为研究对象。采用数字表法,将其随机分成探究组和对比组,每组各51例。结果护理后,两组患者的HAMD评分、WHOQOL-BEFF各维度评分均有改善,但探究组的改善效果优于对比组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过调查,探究组患者护理满意度为96.1%,对比组为80.4%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对抑郁症患者实施综合护理干预,可有效改善患者抑郁症状,且可提升护理满意度,临床意义重大。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on depression patients. Methods 102 patients with depression treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the inquiry group and the contrast group, with 51 cases in each group. Results After nursing, the dimensions of the two groups of patients with HAMD score and WHOQOL-BEFF score were improved, but the improvement was better than the contrast group research group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Through the investigation, study group patients satisfaction was 96.1%, comparison group was 80.4%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with depression can effectively improve the depressive symptoms of patients, and can improve the satisfaction of nursing, which is of great clinical significance.
