摘要

"根植地方行动计划"是服务地方经济发展的重要方式,是促进地方本科院校转型发展的重要措施之一,是培养双师型教师团队的有效途径,也是培养创新型人才、提升学生创新实践能力有效模式。通过对根植地方行动计划工作的总结,分析了"根植地方行动计划"的意义与现状,探讨了实验室在"根植地方行动计划"中的作用,提出了发挥实验室在"根植地方行动计划"作用中的实施方案。
        The rooted local action plan is an important way to serve the local economic development. It is one of the significant measures to promote transformation and development of the local universities. It is an effective way to cultivate "double type " teachers' team. It is also an effective mode in cultivating innovative talents and improving students' ability in innovative practice. Based on the summary of the work of the rooted local action plans,the significance and status of the rooted local action plans were analyzed. The role of laboratories in the process of rooted local action plans was discussed. And the implementation plan for the role of the laboratory in the rooted local action plan was put forward.
