联合术前访视对子宫全切术病人焦虑的影响研究

摘要
[目的]探讨联合术前访视对子宫全切术病人术前焦虑的影响。[方法]将200例子宫全切术病人随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组病人接受常规术前访视,观察组病人接受联合术前访视,而且在访视时要求丈夫在场;在访视前(干预前)、术前30min(干预后)填写焦虑自评量表。[结果]两组病人干预前后焦虑评分比较,观察组的变化大于对照组(Z=9.587,P<0.01);两组病人焦虑程度比较,干预后观察组的焦虑程度低于对照组(Z=2.023,P=0.043)。观察组不同焦虑程度病人焦虑评分变化比较,不同焦虑程度病人的评分变化量差异有统计学意义(H=10.700,P=0.013),重度焦虑病人的评分变化量均高于正常,轻度焦虑和重度焦虑的病人。[结论]对子宫全切术病人进行术前联合访视,能有效地降低子宫全切术病人术前焦虑,尤其对重度焦虑的病人更为有效。
