摘要
采用JMP软件中定制设计实验方法,研究蒸汽熨烫过程中蒸汽量、温度、熨烫速度、冷却风量4个参数对棉、毛织物熨烫外观平整度的影响方式,建立棉、毛织物熨烫参数优化模型。结果表明,对棉织物而言显著熨烫因素对平整度影响的排序为:蒸汽量>熨烫速度>烫板温度>冷却风量,毛织物显著熨烫因素对平整度影响的排序为:蒸汽量>熨烫速度>烫板温度;棉、毛织物不同的纤维性质决定其最佳熨烫参数区间不同。同时证明,基于定制实验设计理论的模型适合于衣物护理条件的优化,并对解决实际问题具有很好的指导意义。
        In this paper,the influence of the volume of steam,temperature,ironing speed and the volume of cooling air in steam ironing process on the cotton and wool fabric's flattening were studied with the fabric's steam ironing process optimized based on custom designs methodology,a unit of JMP. Cotton and wool fabric's optimization model of ironing parameters were established. The result indicated that the order of the ironing parameters about their affecting extent to the cotton fabric's flattening was the volume of steam > temperature > ironing speed > the volume of cooling air,and the order of the ironing parameters about their affecting extent to the wool fabric's flattening was the volume of steam > temperature > ironing speed cotton. The different of fiber properties determined there were different optimum ranges of ironing parameters. It also showed that the model developed on custom designs theory was suitable to optimize the ironing conditions for apparel caring. The research method was a good attempt to solve practical problems in this area.
