快速康复外科理念结合中医特色护理在肺癌患者围术期的应用

摘要
目的探究肺癌患者围术期护理中联合实施快速外科康复护理和中医特色护理的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月~2018年1月于我院行胸腔镜手术治疗的88例肺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组实施快速外科康复护理,观察组实施快速外科康复护理联合中医特色护理,比较两组患者术后的恢复情况、并发症情况,同时通过视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对两组患者的疼痛程度进行比较。结果观察组患者的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后拔管时间、排气时间、下床时间、住院时间、抗菌药物应用时间显著短于对照组,观察组患者术后VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者的围术期护理中实施快速康复外科护理联合中医特色护理能够有降低患者术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,因此该种联合式护理方案值得在肺癌手术患者中推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of fast track surgery(FTS) combining with special traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing for lung cancer patients in perioperative period.Methods Eighty-eight patients with lung cancer who underwent video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in our hospital from May 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given fast surgical rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group was given fast surgical rehabilitation nursing combined with special traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The postoperative recovery and complications of the two groups were compared.Meanwhile,the pain degree of the two groups was compared by visual analogue scale(VAS).Result The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative extubation time,exhaust time,bed time,hospitalization time and antibiotics application time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of FTS nursing combining with special TCM nursing for lung cancer patients in perioperative period can reduce postoperative complication occurrence rate and shorten hospital stays,thus it is worthwhile to popularize such combining nursing among lung cancer patients.
