针刀联合臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的研究

摘要
目的探讨针刀配合臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的效果。方法选取2017年9月～2018年9月我院收治的86例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,按随机抽签法将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组各43例。对照组给予针刀治疗,试验组给予针刀配合臭氧治疗。比较两组治疗前与治疗后1、2个月的VAS评分、临床疗效及并发症情况。结果两组治疗前的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.736,P>0.05)。试验组治疗后1个月及治疗后2个月的VAS评分均低于对照组(t=10.642、9.821,P<0.05)。试验组治疗优良率为93.02%(40/43),对照组治疗优良率为72.09%(31/43),两组优良率比较差异有明显统计学意义(χ~2=18.079,P<0.01)。试验组关节肿胀2例,骨质增生1例,并发症总发生率为6.98%(3/43);对照组关节肿胀1例,关节畸形1例,并发症总发生率为4.65%(2/43);两组患者的并发症总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=12.355,P>0.05)。结论应用针刀配合臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效显著,能有效减轻患者疼痛,且不良反应少,值得临床应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of needle knife combined with ozone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 86 patients with knee osteoarthritis admintted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group has43 cases.The control group was treated with needle knife,while the experimental group was given a needle knife conbined ozone treatment.The VAS scores,clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared before 1 and 2 months after treatment. Results There was no significant statisticaldifference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(t=1.736,P>0.05).The VAS scores of the experimental group after 1 month and 2 months of treatment were lower than that of control group(t=10.642,9.821,P<0.05).The good rate of experimental group was 93.02%(40/43),statistical the good rate of control group was 72.09%(31/43),there were significant differences on the good rate between two groups(χ~2=18.079,P<0.05).Comparing the complications of the two groups There were 2 cases of joint swelling and 1 case of bone hyperplasia in experimental group,which complication occurrence rate was 6.98%(3/43);there was 1 case of joint swelling and 1 case of joint malformation in control group,which complication occurrence rate was 4.65%(2/43),there was no significant statistical difference on complication occurrence rate between two groups(χ~2=12.355,P>0.05). Conclusion Needles knife combined with ozone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can reduce the pain of patients,which had significant clinical effect with less adverse reactions.
