虫草菌丝体与天然虫草化学成分比较研究

摘要
目的:分析比较虫草菌丝体与天然虫草之间的化学成分。方法:测定腺苷、核苷、麦角甾醇含量,测定虫草多糖、甘露醇、氨基酸、无机元素含量。结果:虫草菌丝体和天然虫草均含有腺苷、多糖、甘露醇、麦角甾醇、无机元素、氨基酸等。多糖含量差异有统计学意义,虫草菌丝体在多糖含量上明显要高于天然虫草,氨基酸总量上虫草蝙蝠蛾被毛孢菌丝体含量最高,且均未检测出虫草素;在无机元素上与天然虫草差异无统计学意义,并且未检测出有毒元素铅、砷、汞等。结论:虫草菌丝体与天然虫草化学成分基本一致。
        Objective:To analyze and compare the chemical constituents between mycelia of cordyceps sinensis and natural cordyceps.Methods:The contents of adenosine,nucleoside and ergosterol were determined,and the contents of cordyceps polysaccharides, mannitol, amino acids and inorganic elements were determined.Results:The mycelia and natural cordyceps both contained adenosine,polysaccharide,mannitol,ergosterol, inorganic elements,amino acids and so on,the difference of polysaccharide content was statistically significant.The content of polysaccharide in cordyceps sinensis was higher than that of natural cordyceps,the MHCS content was the highest on the total amino acid content,no cordycepin was detected.There was no significant difference in inorganic elements with natural cordyceps,and no toxic elements such as lead,arsenic,mercury were detected.Conclusion:The mycelia of cordyceps sinensis and natural cordyceps are basically the same.
