二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病合并高血脂症的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨二甲双胍辅助阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)并高血脂症的临床应用效果。方法选取2016年10月～2018年5月我院收治的82例T2DM并高血脂症患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组。对照组41例患者予以阿卡波糖治疗,研究组41例患者加以二甲双胍辅助治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效以及干预前后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)水平。结果研究组患者的临床总有效率(95.12%)显著高于对照组(70.73%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前的FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、DBP、SBP水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组患者的FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c、TC、TG、DBP、SBP水平均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的HDL-C水平高于干预前,LDL-C水平低于干预前,且与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍辅助阿卡波糖治疗T2DM并高血脂症的效果确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Metformin combined with Acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) with hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 82 cases of T2 DM and hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to May 2018 were selected as subjects and were randomly divided into 2 groups. Fortyone patients in the control group were treated with Acarbose and forty-one patients in the study group were treated with Metformin. The clinical efficacy, fasting blood glucose(FPG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), and systolic blood pressure(SBP) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.12%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.73%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in FBG, 2 h PG, HbA1 c, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, DBP and SBP levels between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). The levels of FBG, 2 h PG, HbA1 c, TC, TG, DBP and SBP in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The level of HDL-C in study group was higher than that before intervention, and the level of LDL-C in study group was lower than that before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Metformin is effective in the treatment of T2 DM and hyperlipidemia with Acarbose, which is worthy of clinical application.
