摘要
通过PROⅡ软件以改进的NRTL活度系数模型对正己烷-异丙醚沸点相近体系进行了萃取精馏过程模拟研究,分别以DMF和乙二醇单甲醚作为萃取剂,通过改变溶剂比、原料进料位置、萃取剂进料位置和回流比等条件,得出各自的较佳工艺条件,确定了DMF为萃取精馏分离正己烷-异丙醚体系的适宜萃取剂。在模拟的较佳工艺条件下,采用有30块理论板的填料塔对DMF萃取精馏分离正己烷与异丙醚混合物进行了试验研究,其中吸收段填料层20块理论板,其余为萃取精馏段和提馏段,当回流比为2.0,溶剂质量比为2∶1时,在塔顶产品中正己烷质量分数为98.31%,回收率为99.25%。试验结果与模拟计算相吻合,验证了模拟的可靠性。
        Process simulation and optimization of extractive distillation for n-hexane and isopropyl ether mixture that holds the close-boiling point are studied through PROⅡchemical process simulation software based on modified NRTL activity coefficients model.DMF and 2-methoxyethanol respectively are used as extractant,the respective better process conditions are conditioned through changing the solvent ratio,feed position of raw material,feed position of solvent and reflux ratio.Finally,DMF is selected as the suitable extractant for the extractive distillation separation of n-hexane and isopropyl ether system.Under the better process conditions simulated,the experiment on the separation of n-hexane and isopropyl ether mixture by DMF extractive distillation is carried out within a packed column of 30 theoretical plates. Of which,20 theoretical plates are in the rectifying and recovery section and the remaining 10 theoretical plates are in the extractive distillation section and stripping section.When the reflux ratio is 2 and the solvent mass ratio is 2 ∶1,the mass fraction of n-hexane in the products at the tower top can reach 98. 31%,and the recovery rate is 99. 25%. The experimental results are in conformity with the simulation and the reliability of simulation is testified.
