刘纯补充完善五火说

摘要
刘纯明代著名医家、丹溪学派的传承人。其在《玉机微义》卷十专列"火门",宗《黄帝内经》之旨,以刘完素"凡五志所伤,皆热也"及"五志过极,皆为火也"的观点为依据,承袭朱丹溪"相火"之论,进一步补充完善"五火"说,这是有关五志化火主要观点的完整记录,自此"五志之火"的概念沿用至今。刘纯亦结合刘完素的生克制化观,朱丹溪的情志异常论,以及张子和、王安道、戴思恭等医家之说,追溯五志化火的病机,认为情志过激致气机失常;治疗取刘完素从心立论,发朱丹溪以人事治之,倡张子和情志相胜,或音乐抵戏,诡诈谲怪诸法,以平火为主兼五志相胜,为治应变,与现代心理疗法理念不谋而合。
LIU Chun, a famous doctor in Ming dynasty, was inheritor of Danxi school. In Yuji Weiyi volume 10, he specifically listed ‘fire door' that followed the aim of Huangdi Neijing, on the basis of LIU Wan-su's viewpoints that ‘all five aspirations are injured by heat' and ‘all five minds are fire when they are excessive', inherited ZHU Dan-xi's theory of ‘ministerial fire', further supplemented and developed the theory of ‘five fires'. This was a complete record of the main viewpoints on ‘five fires', which was used up to now. LIU Chun also traced the pathogenesis of five minds transforming into fire by combining LIU Wan-su's view of generation and restriction, ZHU Dan-xi's theory of mental disorders and the theories of ZHANG Zi-he, WANG An-dao and DAI Si-gong, and he thought emotional over excitation caused disorders of qi movement. The therapy took LIU Wansu's argument that discussing from the heart, developed ZHU Dan-xi's viewpoint that governing the personnel, and advocated ZHANG Zi-he's minds overtaking each other, playing music and the strange deceit, aiming at balancing fire and five minds overtake each other at the same time, coping with change for the treatment, which complicate with treatment concept of modern psychotherapy.
