摘要
随着电力系统中峰谷差的日渐增大,电力系统面临的困难日渐增多,电力系统调峰形势愈来愈严峻。基于建立电力系统优化调度方案,依托建立基于调峰电力系统优化调度模型,完成了基于调峰能力评估的电力系统联合优化调度。试验证明,提出的基于调峰能力评估电力系统联合优化调度,使得电力系统峰谷趋于平衡,使电力系统减少了40%的电力资源浪费。
        With the 27 valley poor growing power system,power system become more and more difficulties,load of power system becomes more and more severe situation.The optimization scheduling solution based on the established power system,relying on the power system optimization scheduling model based on peak shaving,finished based on the peak shaving capability assessment of power system optimal operation.Tests prove that the proposed in this paper based on the peak shaving capability assessment,optimal dispatch of power system combined,makes the power system peak valley into balance and makes a 40% reduction in power system of electric power resource waste.
