摘要
长春职业技术学院城市轨道交通控制专业群的三个专业作为现代学徒制试点专业,充分利用校企合作资源优势积极推进课程教学改革。在企业课程开发与实施过程中,各专业根据自身特点选取以本专业为主、相关专业为辅的课程内容,采用一师多徒、一徒多师、一师一徒等多种教学组织模式,坚持评价主体多元化和评价方法多样化的课程考核评价模式,提升了学生的职业综合素质。
        As the third batch of modern apprenticeship pilot specialties in Changchun, the three specialties of urban rail transit control specialties group of Changchun Vocational Institute of Technology make full use of the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation resources to actively promote curriculum teaching reform. In the course of development and implementation of enterprise curriculum, each specialty should select the curriculum contents which are mainly related to this specialty and supplemented by relevant specialties according to their own characteristics, adopt various teaching organization modes such as one teacher and many apprentices, one apprentice and many teachers, as well as one teacher and one apprentice, etc, adhere to the curriculum examination and evaluation mode with diversified evaluation subjects and methods, which promotes the comprehensive vocational quality of students, and provides experience for the teaching reform of professional courses in other higher vocational colleges.
