百令胶囊联合灌肠方结肠透析对患者肾功能、尿渗透压、eGFR及安全性研究

摘要
目的:探讨百令胶囊联合灌肠方结肠透析对患者肾功能、尿渗透压、e GFR及安全性。方法:收集我院确诊为CRF的患者85例,根据数字分配法,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均实施慢性肾衰竭常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上使用百令胶囊合灌肠方结肠透析,治疗结束后,比较两组症状、体征情况,并检测Scr、BUN、Ccr、u Pro、β2-MG以及PC-Ⅲ、ColⅣ、LN等纤维化指标。结果:与对照组相比,BUN、Scr水平均较低,Ccr水平均较高,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);尿u Pro、β2-MG较低,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);倦怠乏力、少气懒言、脘腹胀满、面色晦暗以及腰痛等症状症状好转,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PC-Ⅲ、ColⅣ、LN等纤维化指标降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合灌肠方结肠透析改善患者肾功能、尿渗透压以及临床症状,且安全有效适宜临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect on renal function,urine osmotic pressure,e GFR and safety by colon dialysis with Corbrin Capsule combined with enema in patients. Method:85 CFR patients from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group by digital distribution method. Two groups were both treated by the conventional treatment of chronic renal failure. The experiment group were treated with Corbrin Capsule and Enema Decoction colon dialysis on the base of the conventional treatment of chronic renal failure. The symptoms and signs were compared after treatment,the Scr,BUN,Ccr,β2-MG,u Pro,PC-Ⅲ,ColⅣ,Col and LN were tested and compared after treatment. Results:Compared with the control group,the Scr,BUN level were lower(P<0.05),the Ccr level were higher(P<0.05),the urine u Pro and β2-MG were lower(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment,the fatigue,lack of strength,abdominal distention,pale complexion,low back pain and other symptoms were better(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment,the PC-Ⅲ,ColⅣ,LN and other fibrosis indicators were lower(P<0.05). Conclusion:The colon dialysis of the patients with the combination of Corbrin Capsule can improve the renal function,urine osmotic pressure and clinical symptoms,and it is safe and effective.
