摘要
绿辉石中含有微量的稀土元素,其对揭示成矿物质来源具有十分重要的意义。采用微波消解分解绿辉石单矿物,结合电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)对绿辉石单矿物中14个痕量稀土元素进行测定。并采用~(103)Rh和~(185)Re作内标元素补偿基体效应和灵敏度漂移,方法的检出限为0. 006~0. 013μg/L,方法精密度(RSD)为0. 76%~2. 24%,方法回收率为87. 5%~106. 3%。此方法溶样效率高,简便快捷准确。
        Omphacite contains trace rare earth elements,which is of great significance in revealing the source of ore-forming materials. Microwave digestion was used to decompose omphacite single minerals. 14 trace rare earth elements of omphacite single minerals were determined by ICP-MS.~(103)Rh and ~(185)Re were used as internal standard elements to compensate for matrix effect and sensitivity drift. The detection limit of this method was 0. 006 ~ 0. 013 μg/L,RSD was0. 76% ~ 2. 24%,and the recovery rate was 87. 5% ~ 106. 3%. This method has the advantages of high sample dissolution efficiency,simplicity,rapidity and accuracy.
