摘要

基于现代大学制度视域,从治理设计和治理效果两个维度出发,构建高校内部治理能力评价指标体系。基于AHP原理和步骤,计算并确定高校内部治理能力评价指标权重,为高校内部治理能力评价奠定基础。
        Based on the perspective of modern university system, from the two dimensions of governance design and governance effect, the evaluation index system of university internal governance ability is constructed. Based on the principle and steps of AHP, the weights of evaluation indicators of university internal governance ability are calculated and determined, which lays a foundation for the evaluation of university internal governance ability.
