丹珍头痛胶囊治疗高血压头痛临床分析

摘要
目的:探讨丹珍头痛胶囊对高血压头痛患者血压和临床症状影响性。方法:116例高血压头痛患者,按入组先后顺序平均分成两组,每组58例。对照组盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊0.1 g,睡前口服,研究组加用丹珍头痛胶囊4粒/次,每日3次口服,均连续治疗4周,观察治疗前后在血压、临床症状、疗效、血液流变学等指标比较情况。结果:疗效上,对照组治愈率25.86%、总有效率72.41%,研究组治愈率37.93%、总有效率86.21%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);症状上,两组治疗4周后眩晕、头痛、腰膝酸软、五心烦热、失眠多梦、健忘症状积分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗4周后研究组以上积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);血压水平上,两组治疗2、4周后在收缩压、舒张压上均低于治疗前(P<0.05),而两组治疗2周后、治疗4周后收缩压、舒张压水平无统计学意义(P>0.05);血液流变学上,两组治疗4周后在高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆比黏度、全血还原黏度、纤维蛋白原含量上均显著下降,治疗4周后研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹珍头痛胶囊能改善高血压头痛临床症状,降低血压,促进血液循环,提高疗效。
Objective: To explore the effect of Danshen Headache Capsule on blood pressure in patients with hypertension and clinical symptoms of headache. Methods: A total of 116 patients suffering from hypertension headache were divided into two groups according to the order, with 58 patients in each group. Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules 0.1 g was used in the control group, orally at bedtime. The research group was treated with Danshen Headache Capsule 4 capsules per time, 3 times a day orally. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment,we observed blood pressure, clinical symptoms, curative effect and blood rheology index. Results: The cure rate of the control group 25.86% and the total effective rate was 72.41%. The cure rate of research group was 37.93% and the total efficiency was 86.21%. The research group's was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After 4 weeks treatment, dizziness, headache, weakness of waist and knees, heat in palms and feet, insomnia and forgetfulness symptoms significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). After 4 weeks treatment, the above points of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After 2 and 4 weeks treatment,two groups' systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). The two groups' systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure after 2 and 4 weeks treatment had no significance(P>0.05). The blood rheology,including high blood viscosity, low shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood viscosity, fibrinogen contentof the two groups after 4 weeks treatment decreased significantly. After 4 weeks treatment, the research group's were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Danshen Headache Capsule can improve the clinical symptoms of hypertension headache, lower blood pressure, promote blood circulation and improve the curative effect.
