摘要
在蔬菜种植、生产过程中,蔬菜移栽是其中一项重要的环节,特别是在当前蔬菜反季节种植生产技术日益成熟的条件下,移栽对于蔬菜生产的功用愈发明显。通过移栽,可以使蔬菜生产起到一定的气候补偿,促使蔬菜作物生育提早等综合效益的实现。但是,当前在我国绝大部分农业生产地区,在蔬菜移栽过程中技术比较落后,机械化程度不高,多是以人工移栽为主,作业效率也比较低,很难形成大面积的栽植生产,严重影响和制约着蔬菜产业生产效益。为此,以河南地区蔬菜机械化移栽种植及相关技术推广现状为例,结合着当地实际移栽机械应用具体情况,在参考国内外在该领域的大量研究基础之上,介绍了一种悬杯式蔬菜移栽机,包括移栽机的工作原理设计及试验。
        In vegetable planting,production process,vegetable transplanting is one of the important links,especially in the current season of vegetable production technology in the growing season under the conditions of growing,transplanting for vegetable production function is more obvious. For example,by transplanting can make vegetable production plays a certain climate compensation,and urge the vegetable crop growth and earlier comprehensive benefits realization. however,the current in the vast majority of China's agricultural production areas,in the vegetable transplanting process technology is relatively backward,the degree of mechanization is not high is dominated by manual transplanting,in this case,vegetable transplanting required labor strength is greater,and work efficiency is relatively low,it is difficult to form a large area of planting production,seriously affecting and restraining the production efficiency of vegetable industry. This paper to Henan Province vegetable mechanization transplanting and technology status of the promotion,for example,combined with local actual mechanical transplanting application specific circumstances,in the reference in this field at home and abroad based on extensive research,a hanging cup vegetable transplanter,including transplanting machine working principle,and digital design test is introduced.
