高职食品类专业设置与健康养老产业需求对接研究

摘要
我国已大踏步进入了"老龄化社会",健康养老产业前景广阔。健康养老产业作为一项朝阳产业,养老服务专业人才的匮乏是造成其发展受阻的重要原因,特别是老年营养与保健人才匮乏。针对我国健康养老产业对老年营养与保健专业人才的需求,以高职院校食品类专业设置要符合产业结构大背景为出发点,把湖南省这一老龄化问题突出的地区作为个案,从食品类专业设置与健康养老产业对接研究的必要性、湖南省健康养老产业老年营养与保健专业人才队伍现状、高职食品类专业设置与湖南省健康养老产业需求对接存在的问题、高职食品类专业设置与湖南省健康养老产业有效对接的策略这4个方面探寻高职院校食品类专业设置与湖南省健康养老产业需求对接问题。
China has entered a"ageing society"with great strides,and the prospect of healthy pension industry is broad. As a sunrise industry,the health care industry is an important reason for the development of the old-age service professionals,especially the lack of talents for the elderly nutrition and health care. The article mainly focused on the needs of the elderly health nutrition and health professionals in China's healthy old-age care industry. Took the food professional setting of higher vocational colleges in line with the industrial structure as the starting point, the area of Hu'nan Province with this aging problem was taken as a case. The necessity of docking research on food professional setting and health care industry,the status quo of the elderly nutrition and health care talents in the healthy old-age industry in Hu'nan Province,the problems of the professional food setting in the higher vocational school and the demand of the healthy old-age industry in Hu'nan Province. The four aspects of the professional setting and the effective connection between the healthy and old-age industry in Hu'nan Province explored the problem of the connection between the food professional setting of higher vocational colleges and the demand of the healthy old-age industry in Hu'nan Province.
