摘要
目的探讨神经胶质瘤相关癌基因同源物1(GLI1)、磷酸化信号转导及转录激活因子3(p-STAT3)在胆囊癌患者中的表达情况及与临床特征的关系。方法选取60例胆囊癌患者和60例慢性胆囊炎患者,并取其胆囊癌组织标本和胆囊炎组织标本。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测两组标本中GLI1、p-STAT3蛋白的阳性表达率,分析不同临床特征胆囊癌患者胆囊癌组织中GLI1、p-STAT3蛋白的表达情况。结果胆囊癌组织中GLI1、pSTAT3蛋白的阳性表达率均明显高于胆囊炎组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。不同分化程度、Nevin分期、淋巴结转移情况胆囊癌患者胆囊癌组织中GLI1、p-STAT3蛋白阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 GLI1、p-STAT3蛋白在胆囊癌组织中阳性表达率较高,且可能与胆囊癌的分化程度、Nevin分期和淋巴结转移有关。
        Objective To investigate the expression of glioma-associated oncogene homolog 1(GLI1) and phosphorylated-signal transduction and activator of transcription 3(p-STAT3) in patients with gallbladder cancer, and to discuss the relationship with clinical characteristics. Method 60 patients with gallbladder carcinoma and 60 patients with chronic cholecystitis were collected, and specimens of gallbladder carcinoma and cholecystitis were taken. The expression of GLI1 and p-STAT3 were detected by immunohistochemistry staining. The expression of GLI1 and p-STAT3 in gallbladder tissues in patients with different clinical characteristics were analyzed. Result The positive expression rates of GLI1 protein and p-STAT3 protein in gallbladder cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in cholecystitis tissues(P<0.01). The positive expression rates of GLI1 protein and p-STAT3 protein in gallbladder cancer tissues were of significantly differences among patients with varied degree of differentiation, Nevin stages, and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion GLI1 and p-STAT3 are highly expressed in gallbladder cancer tissues, and are closely related to the degree of differentiation, Nevin stage and lymph node metastasis.
