摘要
大管(φ133×10 mm)45°固定对接时,管子的焊接位置介于水平固定管和垂直固定管之间,没有真正意义上的平、立、仰焊位置,施焊时始终在管子倾斜位置进行,因而增加了操作难度。混合气实心焊丝小电流时熔深较浅,容易形成夹杂和点状缺陷,电流过大时成形难以控制。针对如何提高外观成形和内部质量进行实验研究,着重介绍焊接规范、角度和摆动方法、层间布置和焊接技巧,在培训教学和生产实践中具有指导作用。
        When the big pipe(φ133×10 mm) is fixed and butted at 45 degrees,the welding position of the pipe is between the horizontal fixed pipe and vertical fixed pipe. The welding is always carried out in the inclined position of pipe,which increase the operative difficulties. When using hybird gas solid wire with low current,the shallow penetration will easily form inclusions and dot defects,and the form is difficult to control when the current is too high. The experimental study is conducted for how to improve the appearance and internal quality,the welding specifications,angles and swing methods,interpass arrangement and welding skills are emphasized,which plays a guiding role in training teaching and production practice.
