摘要
针对常村煤矿煤层瓦斯超标、瓦斯抽采难度大的问题,对该矿井煤层瓦斯分布特征以及瓦斯抽采技术进行了研究,提出了直井水力压裂抽采技术,并对技术方案参数进行了设计确定。瓦斯抽采效果表明,该方案可以实现平均日产气量1 216 m3/d,井内平均瓦斯浓度97%,3#煤层瓦斯含量降为7. 57 m3/t。因此该抽采方案符合瓦斯抽采的标准,并且能够降低瓦斯突出的危险性。
Aiming at the problems of high gas content and difficult gas extraction in Changcun Coal Mine,the gas distribution characteristics and gas extraction technology were studied,the vertical well hydraulic fracturing extraction technology was put forward,and the technical scheme parameters were determined. The gas extraction effect shows that the scheme can achieve an average daily gas production of 1216 m3/d,an average gas concentration of 97% in the well,and a gas content of3# coal seam is reduced to 7. 57 m3/t. The extraction scheme meets the standards of gas extraction,and can reduce the danger of gas outburst.
