摘要
为了解决宝钢3号厚板坯连铸机设备老旧故障率高,扇形段辊缝精度低,轻压下功能弱,消除铸坯质量缺陷,拓展铸坯产品的厚度规格,提高连铸机的装备技术水平等诸多设备问题,对连铸机进行了全面的技术升级改造。机头设备、铸坯导向设备及引锭杆系统设备等进行了全新的设计与更新,采用了结晶器电磁搅拌技术等诸多关键技术,提高了铸坯生产质量,使之生产出高质量高附加值的连铸坯,实现了节能降耗。特别是无人化浇钢技术的采用,改善了工人的工作环境,减少了劳动定员,降本增效、提高了劳动生产率,引领了智慧连铸制造技术的应用,使连铸机的装备技术水平达到国内一流、国际先进的水平。
        In order to solve many equipment problems of Baosteel No.3 heavy slab caster,such as high old failure rate,low precision of roll gap in sector section and weak soft reduction function,eliminate slab quality defects,expand slab product thickness specifications,and improve equipment technology level of continuous caster,a comprehensive technical upgrading and transformation of continuous caster was carried out. Head equipment,slab guiding equipment and dummy bar system equipment had been completely new designed and updated. Many key technologies,such as electromagnetic stirring technology of mould,had been adopted to improve the quality of slab production,to produce high quality and high added value continuous casting slab,and to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction. Especially the adoption of unmanned steel casting technology had improved the working environment of workers,reduced the number of workers,reduced costs and increased productivity,led the application of intelligent continuous casting manufacturing technology,and made the equipment technology level of continuous casting machine reach the first-class level in China and advanced level in the world.
