胃癌中YAP的表达情况及其与临床特征和预后间的关系

摘要
目的探究Yes相关蛋白(Yes-associated protein,YAP)在胃癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达情况及其与患者的临床特征及预后之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测YAP在92例胃癌组织与癌旁组织中的表达情况,分析YAP与病人临床特征及预后之间的关系。结果胃癌组织中YAP阳性率明显高于癌旁组织,**P<0.01。胃癌组织中YAP蛋白表达与年龄、性别之间的关系并不密切,但与肿瘤大小、分期及淋巴结转移情况相关性较大。胃癌患者YAP蛋白阳性表达患者的平均生存周期低于阴性表达患者(P=0.048,*P<0.05)。结论 YAP在胃癌中高表达,评判胃癌的生物学行为与评估预后具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To detect the expression of Yes-associated protein(YAP) in gastric cancer and peritumoral tissues and its relationship with clinical significance and prognosis.Methods The expression of YAP in 92 cases of gastric cancer and peritumoral tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry, the relationship between YAP and clinical significance and prognosis was analyzed. Results The positive rate of YAP in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in peritumoral tissues, **P<0.01. The relationship between YAP protein expression and age and gender in gastric cancer tissues is not close, but it is related to tumor size, stage and lymph node metastasis. The average survival time of patients with high YAP protein expression in gastric cancer patients was lower than that in patients with low expression(P=0.048, *P<0.05).Conclusion YAP is highly expressed in gastric cancer, and it is of clinical value to evaluate the biological behavior and prognosis of gastric cancer.
