优质护理服务实施于乙肝后肝硬化伴上消化道出血中的护理效果探讨

摘要
目的探究乙肝后肝硬化伴上消化道出血护理中应用优质护理服务的实施效果。方法选取我院收治的乙肝后肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者84例纳入研究,纳入时间为2017年6月至2018年6月,应用随机数字表法将84例患者分为对照组与观察组各42例,分别给予常规护理与优质护理服务,对比两组实施不同护理方案的护理效果。结果观察组患者的SAS与SDS评分与对照组相比明显较低(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率与再出血率与对照组比较明显较低(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。结论乙肝后肝硬化伴上消化道出血应用优质护理,可有效消除患者的焦虑与抑郁情绪,降低并发症及再出血率,护理效果较为理想。
Objective To explore effect of quality nursing service in nursing of post-hepatitis B cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Choose 84 cases post-hepatitis B cirrhosis patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding from June 2017 to June 2018 in the study. Divide them into control group and observation group with random number table method, 42 cases in each group, who were treated with routine nursing and quality nursing services respectively. Compare nursing effect of different nursing schemes between two groups. Results SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05), complications and rebleeding incidence of observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Quality nursing can eliminate anxiety and depression effectively, reduce complications and rebleeding incidence with ideal nursing effect for post-hepatitis B cirrhosis patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
