推拿联合针刺治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床分析

摘要
目的研究分析在强直性脊柱炎患者中采取推拿以及针刺联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取在本院接受治疗的强直性脊柱炎患者作为研究对象,选取时间段为2016年10月—2018年8月,病例数为260例。通过随机数字表格法分组,平均分成对照组和观察组各130例。对照组患者接受常规的西医治疗,观察组患者接受中医针灸推拿治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的效果差异。结果观察组中患者的总有效率为96.15%,对照组中患者的总有效率为85.38%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后两组患者的BASDAI指数以及BASFI指数均低于治疗前(P <0.05),治疗后观察组患者的BASDAI指数以及BASFI指数均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论临床上针对强直性脊柱炎患者采取推拿联合针刺治疗效果良好。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of massage and acupuncture in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Methods A total of 260 patients with ankylosing spondylitis treated in our hospital were selected from October 2016 to August 2018. The patients were divided into control group(n = 130) and observation group(n = 130). The patients in the control group received routine western medicine treatment, and the patients in the observation group received acupuncture and massage therapy. The difference of therapeutic effect between the two groups was analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 96.15% in the observation group and 85.38% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the BASDAI index and BASFI index of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0. 05). The BASDAI index and BASFI index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Massage combined with acupuncture is effective in treating ankylosing spondylitis.
