内地高校西藏籍少数民族学生就业问题及策略探究

摘要
随着内地高校对西藏籍少数民族学生招生规模的逐年扩大,西藏少数民族学生已成为内地高校的一个重要群体,他们的就业问题更是事关国家稳定、民族团结。文章对造成内地西藏少数民族大学生"就业难,难就业"的影响因素进行深入剖析,并从西藏少数民族学生及其家庭、内地高校、西藏政府、企业等就业问题相关者的视角出发,提出了改善内地高校西藏籍少数民族学生就业现状的策略。
With the increasing enrollment of Tibetan minority students in mainland universities year by year,Tibetan minority students have become an important group in mainland universities,and their employment is related to the stability of the country and national unity.This article makes an in-depth analysis of the factors that cause the "employment is difficult,and it is difficult to obtain employment" of Tibetan minority college students in the mainland.And then,from the perspective of Tibetan minority students and their families,inland universities,Tibetan government and enterprises,this article puts forward some strategies to handle the employment problems of Tibetan minority students in mainland universities.
